When you call a Madison AI phone line, the call is recorded and transcribed so we can provide the service and send a summary. Recordings and transcripts are kept for 90 days, then deleted. We also collect basic technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the website working.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule appointments and walkthroughs, provide and improve our services, send the calls and text messages you agreed to receive, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your information to train AI.
Calls and text messages
If you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive calls, which may include calls from an AI assistant, and text messages at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. We do not sell or share your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver our services, such as phone and text messaging providers, and only for that purpose.
